Daily flight emails with Vereinsflieger

Club Coaster can now send daily flight summary emails to your members. The feature reads flight data from Vereinsflieger and sends each pilot an overview of their flights for the day through a cron job.

How it works

Once enabled, a daily cron job pulls the latest Vereinsflieger flight data and emails each pilot who flew that day. Admins can also preview and send an email manually for a specific date.

Each pilot receives only their own flights, pulled directly from Vereinsflieger. The flight log remains the source of truth. Club Coaster only builds the email from that data.

The email lists each pilot's flights for the selected date, so admins do not need to send manual messages and pilots do not need to search the full flight log.

Daily flight emails are free on all plans and do not require a paid article feature.
