Shop together on a beer mat

When several people shop together, they can add entries to the same beer mat. Create a QR code from the entry page and share it. The invited person opens the link, enters a display name, and uses the shared list without a Club Coaster account.

The link can be used once and creates a personal sharing session for seven days. The person who created the QR code receives an email when it is used.

The familiar entry form

The shared page has the same entry form as the standard page. People can search and select articles, use favourites, adjust quantities, or add a custom amount with a comment. New entries carry the selected display name and appear only in this shared list.

Sharing does not include billing on behalf of other members, price changes, receipts, or additional QR sharing controls.

Request deletion of your own entry

People using a sharing session can request deletion of their own entries. The request goes to the person who created the sharing session. They see the name, entry, and optional reason on their entry page and can approve or decline it.

Participants can report mistakes, but only the owner can remove an entry.

How to use it

Open the entry page and choose Share QR code.
Give the QR code or link to the other person.
They scan it, choose a display name, and add entries.
Review deletion requests on your entry page.

QR sharing works for individual helpers, guests, or one-off shared activities. A regular member account remains the right option for ongoing club work.
