3.3 Vereinsflieger Data Synchronization

The platform offers integration with the Vereinsflieger system. When a tenant activates synchronization with Vereinsflieger, the following member data is transferred from the Vereinsflieger system and stored in the Club Coaster database:

Synchronized member attributes:

  • First name (firstname)
  • Last name (lastname)
  • Member ID (memberid)
  • Unique identifier (uid)
  • Phone number – used exclusively for support purposes
  • Email address – serves as the primary identifier of the member within a tenant
  • Member status (e.g., active, passive)

Important notes on data synchronization:

  • Synchronization is actively triggered by the tenant (club administrator)
  • By triggering the synchronization, the above-mentioned data is retrieved from Vereinsflieger and stored in the Club Coaster database
  • The email address is used as a unique identifier to identify members within a tenant
  • The phone number is used exclusively for support inquiries and is not used for marketing purposes
  • The tenant is responsible for informing their members about the data transfer and obtaining the required data protection consents

3.4 Subprocessor

The operator uses Dash0 as a subprocessor for technical observability and error analysis of the platform.

4. Rights and Obligations of Use

4.1 Right of Use

The user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform.

4.2 User Obligations

The user undertakes to:

  • Use the platform only within the framework of legal regulations
  • Not publish any abusive content
  • Respect the rights of third parties

5. Liability

5.1 Limitation of Liability

The operator is only liable for damages based on intent or gross negligence.

5.2 Data Loss

The operator is not liable for data loss insofar as this could have been avoided by regular data backup by the user.

6. Term and Termination

6.1 Term

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period.

6.2 Termination

Both parties can terminate the contract at any time without giving reasons.

7. Final Provisions

7.1 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The operator reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

7.2 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
