Vereinsflieger sync updates
Many clubs use the Vereinsflieger integration. We have added three related improvements.
Automatic notification on sync problems
When the transfer of purchases, articles, or members to Vereinsflieger fails, club admins receive an email with a description of the problem and a direct link to the relevant settings. You no longer need to check manually whether everything has synced correctly.
The system detects failed full syncs as well as individual purchases or articles that are stuck. If you have deliberately disabled a sync type or use the privacy-focused member mode, you will not receive warnings for those cases. Emails are sent only when something needs attention.
Sync status filter in the order overview
The order overview now has a sync status filter with Success, Failed, Pending, No sync, and Ignored options. It helps you find problem cases without searching through long lists.
Mute individual orders
If a purchase cannot be transferred, you can exclude it from the daily reminder alert with the bell button without deleting it. The Ignored filter shows which purchases you have muted.
Transaction proof export with checksums
The Vereinsflieger transaction proof, found under Vereinsflieger → Settings, now better supports GoBD requirements.
You can export a full year of proof instead of only a month, which helps with year-end accounting. The ZIP includes a sha256sums.txt file so you can verify the integrity of every file. The accompanying email explains how to check the checksums on Windows, macOS, and Linux. The default year range is the current year.
New features in the app
Several app improvements make day-to-day work at the bar and in the club easier.
Kiosk mode for the bar tablet
The app can now be locked to the order screen, with a PIN-protected exit and automatic sign-out. A shared tablet can stay at the bar without members accidentally reaching other parts of the app.
Free-text positions for ad-hoc purchases
If an article is not in the catalog, you can add a free-text position with a custom amount directly in the order dialog on the web and in the app. This is useful for one-off sales or spontaneous events.
Localized prices
Amounts in the app use the decimal separator for the active language, for example "12.50 €" in English and "12,50 €" in German.
Cleaner order screen
A small pencil icon marks editable positions on the order screen. It shows which articles open an amount dialog and which have a fixed price, reducing accidental taps.
More control for club admins
Customize the order screen per club
You can decide for each club whether the comment field, a free-text entry, appears in the order dialog. The app uses that setting automatically.
Member management directly in the app
Tenant admins can manage members, approve them, and create payment tokens directly from the app. They no longer need a web admin login. The app also includes moderator interfaces for member lists and QR sharing, so helpers without full admin rights can contribute.
App release timing
The app release will take a few more days because it depends on Google and Apple review processes. The app-side features will be available once those reviews are complete. The web and admin improvements are already live.
