Vereinsflieger integration

Many flying clubs use Vereinsflieger for member management. Club Coaster can connect to it.

The integration covers three areas:

1. Members: Club Coaster imports member data from Vereinsflieger.
2. Articles: Items and prices are synchronized.
3. Entries: Club Coaster transfers entries to Vereinsflieger.

Setup

Configure the Vereinsflieger connection in the admin area:

1. Navigate to the tenant settings.
2. Enable the Vereinsflieger integration.
3. Enter your Vereinsflieger credentials.
4. Start the first synchronization.

After setup, synchronization runs automatically. New members and article changes are imported regularly, and Club Coaster transfers entries to Vereinsflieger. This lets you maintain member data in one place while keeping the connected systems up to date.

Club Coaster is fully functional without Vereinsflieger. You can manage members and articles manually instead.
